Fancy

Last night I made a fancy dinner for Rob and I. I pulled out the china and the crystal and the good serving dishes. There were even candles. Why use this stuff only when we have company, it’s for us to enjoy too. There was no special occasion, just a because I love you dinner. And I didn’t work yesterday and had lots of time.

I made Columbus’s Pork Chops from Rachel Ray 365 no Repeats. Basically pork chops with with a strawberry, basil, balsamic topping. We also had a spring salad and some bread.

It was a ton of fun to sit down and enjoy a meal with French Cafe playing in the background.
